“Holiday Kingdom” - Downtown Boston

As part of a large-scale holiday activation, I designed a series of 12 unique nutcrackers, each featuring a hand-crafted animal head. The heads were sculpted and painted with artisanal detail, while the bodies were engineered as illuminated aluminum structures, creating a vibrant presence during the day and a striking glow at night.

In addition to design and art direction, I contributed to the project’s success through creative sales strategy and direct involvement in overseas manufacturing. The installation was placed throughout a key district in downtown Boston, where it attracted significant press coverage and social media engagement, becoming a centerpiece of the city’s holiday programming.
