Water Street District

For Tampa’s Water Street District, I led the design and creative direction of a multi-block holiday program spanning four city blocks. The installation combined large-scale spectacle with custom artistry, featuring over 100 illuminated trees, a 30-foot signature holiday tree, and a vibrant walkthrough arch crafted from recycled wood spheres. To create distinctive focal points, I designed unique sculptural pieces made of mirrored plexiglass, including a collection of lotus flowers and two oversized teddy bear installations. These elements balanced sustainability, innovation, and festive energy, while ensuring a cohesive visual identity across the district.

My role extended beyond design — I guided creative strategy, oversaw production, and provided installation supervision to ensure every detail was executed with precision. The program transformed the district into a destination experience, engaging residents and visitors while reinforcing Water Street’s identity as a modern, community-focused urban hub.
